To understand what should be the voice in a world catastrophe, we can think about...

What you hear in terrorist attacks like 11/09 or mass murders in American schools ...?

So we  expect the same but much more intense from person living an world apocalypse ... 

I don´t find any fear, sadness or anger in the voice of the speaker...

stammering, crying, screaming. None of this is shown in the video...

  

What is presented in video

It was very "flat -tone " (= the same tone ) which is nothing usual in this context.

And I focused my attention to the pronunciation of keywords where hoping to capture emotion in his voice...

   

I also drew my attention  in ​​the pause before saying they were in the year 20 ... (abnormal long pause) .

That pause would be justified only if they were much more than one ou twoo years underground. 

And the speaker don´t said how long they were there... But it doesn´t seem to be all that time...
